Diocletian was the Roman emperor that outlawed Christianity and Christian services. He also divided the Empire into two so they could control more land. Half of the Empire he controled, and the other half Constantine controled. He ordered for all Christian sculpurtes and writtings to be burned, and for all Christian churches to be ruined.
